Is my ticket good for both days?

Yes, one ticket will grant access to all gardens on both days.

What time is the guided tour of the NCBG native plant display garden?

A free guided tour of NCBG display gardens will be on Saturday and Sunday 11 am and 2pm. No prior registration required.

Is there a specific order or route to follow  to see the gardens?

You may see the gardens in any order. 

Can I visit the gardens more than once? 

Gardens can be visited only once unless given permission by the head guid

Where are toilets available?

Public toilets are available in the North Carolina Botanical Garden Visitor Center, not in the private gardens.

Is photography permitted?

Yes 

Are strollers and walkers allowed?

The NCBG and the American Indian Cultural Garden allow strollers and walkers. 

No, strollers and walkers are not allowed in the private gardens. 

Is there parking?

Guides will show you where to park.

Will there be a rain date?

The tour goes on rain or shine.

Can I get a refund?

No, we do not issue refunds for unused tickets.
